I guess I'm not the only one who needed a change! Every time I look, it seems like another starlet or fashionista has traded their long locks for the long bob. I love the versatility, my drying time has been cut in half and most importantly, I can still put it in a pony! Ready to take the plunge? My stylists says that the cut works best on thicker hair with a little natural wave. Also, make sure to tell your stylist to keep the layers long. To add texture, use a dry shampoo. Try my favorite, Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray. Happy cutting! xxj

Kid Dangerous on Black Friday
This Black Friday, LA-based clothing brand and celeb favorite, Kid Dangerous, says shop online and avoid the crowds at the mall. Wear their CASUAL FRIDAY t-shirt and take it easy. Get 50% off your entire order on Black Friday.
Over the years, Black Friday has lived up to it's foreboding name, consistently getting more aggressive and ominous. Stores open earlier and shoppers exponentially participate. This Friday, keep it casual with Kid Dangerous.

Tire'd Watch
I recently met Edward Cole, the founder and CEO of Tire'd Watch Company. I bought one of his men's black watch for myself and it is definitely a statement piece. His watches come in three colors, white, olive and black. as seen below. I figured I could not go wrong with classic black.
The inspiration for the Tire’d Watch Company, was driven by passion for extreme sports and automobiles, Ed set out to create a unique and brilliant timepiece–a bold, imposing watch with a clear personality that answered all of the problems he had with other watches. Tire’d Watch is sold on-line and in exclusive boutiques like Tourneau.
The introductory collection from the brand is called Rapide — a reflection of the fast-paced sports world. It is a timepiece designed and manufactured for all aspects of an active lifestyle. It is waterproof up to 10 ATM’ S and the distinctive positioning of the crown at 10 o’clock, alleviates the discomfort sports enthusiasts often experience while wearing their watch. The 44mm Rapide is Swiss-made and is driven by the ETA 2892-A2 three hand automatic movement and a self-winding mechanism with ball bearings. It has a date indicator, corrector and stop second device. Adding a green component, Ed was able to use recycled tires to create a bold, textured rubber strap that emulates tire treads. The case, crown, bezel and deployment buckle are created using recycled aeronautical and medical grade titanium. The band is lined with hand-stitched, calf-skin. Pretty Cool!
The goal at Tire’d Watch Company, is simple; to provide a limited edition, hand crafted timepiece for a unique consumer. Their clients shun the mass produced and enjoy the exclusivity and quality that only a specialty company like Tire’d Watch can provide.
Designed with passion and manufactured with confidence; there is no mistaking a timepiece made by the Tire’d Watch Company. Check it out! xo, 5th
